SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Once the payment is done, your order is confirmed immediately.

We take 1-6 days to dispatch your order, depending on the availability and production time of the products. Once dispatched, you will receive your package within 3-7 business days. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any delay in transit caused by the courier services. Sometimes, due to unfavorable weather or other unforeseen circumstances, delays cannot be avoided.

Please Note- We do not provide returns but to request a replacement, please ensure that your purchase meets the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product Received: If the product delivered to you does not match the item description mentioned on our website or if the wrong product is delivered.
  • Damaged Product Received: If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit.

*Please note that slight variations in color tone, shape, pattern or size may occur as our products are handmade, they are crafted individually by artisans. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or replacement.*

As each exchange request is treated as an individual case, the resolution provided is at our discretion. We are unable to offer exchange/refund in the following situations:
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.
  • Three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
  • The recipient refuses the package.

If your purchase meets our return criteria, please email us at theaestheticliving.tal@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Unboxing video
  • Pictures of damaged product


Note that we cannot consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of delivery.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we will be happy to exchange it for a replacement, subject to availability. In certain circumstances where we are unable to provide a replacement, we will notify you and proceed with the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you find that the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the item and hand over the package back to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
